Dear Customer,
Although Magixhouse Hosting is a service provider based in Sri Lanka, its respective hardware resources are based in Europe. Furthermore, the appreciation of the dollar has had a direct impact on our services in the face of the volatile political and economic situation in Sri Lanka.
We would like to inform you that the quality and features of the services we have provided so far will not be diminished with many more privileges than the market method and the payment grace period and suspension period for the accounts will be reduced to one month as per the International Web Hosting System.
According to the international system,
The initial invoice will be mailed 14 days prior to the due date to the email address listed in your client area. As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder invoice 7 days before your due date. If the payment is not made on time, your hosting account will be automatically suspended, and you will need to re-activate your service with a 10.00% late fee and your regular hosting invoice payment.
If the initial invoice does not receive a response within 30 days from the due date, we assume that you no longer need to host your website and will terminate the account and clear all data from our clients. Here we keep the offline backup for one month and it will cost $ 10 per account to reinstall it. This offline backup will never be given to you as a copy.
We do not take any responsibility for all accounts that fail to pay without a reasonable and special legal request.
This process is active from May 24th of 2022
