How long does it take to respond to a ticket?




Technical support tickets are responded to within 30 minutes at any time of the day/night. In most cases, we respond to the ticket within 10-15 minutes. If you need urgent assistance you can always contact us via live chat and get immediate assistance. We recommend to contact you via tickets if you don't require immediate/urgent assistance.

Billing/sales tickets may take more time to be responded to depending on the time you open the ticket since billing/sales is not 24/7 available like the technical support department.
