Dear Magixhouse User,

 

We are announcing

 

1.       We removed bank payment as a method to receive or make payments from the 1st of June 2022.

2.       We stopped payment reminders and notifications personally through WhatsApp calls and messages or phone calls and messages.

 

This change means that:

1.       We removed bank payment as a method to receive or make payments from the 1st of June 2022.

                                                                     i.            You cannot deposit a cheque or cash into a Magixhouse Hosting account after the 1st of June 2022.

                                                                   ii.            Magixhouse Hosting will no longer accept bank payments after the 1st of June 2022, and we are not taking the responsibility for the issues of the bank payment process.

                                                                 iii.            We continue and accept payments by the PayPal payment gateway.

 

2.       We stopped payment reminders and notifications personally through WhatsApp calls and messages or phone calls and messages.

                                                                           i.      The client portal is 100% activated.

                                                                         ii.      Automated invoices, suspends, unsuspends, and terminates are currently running and the failure of on-time payment is at your own risk.

                                                                       iii.      Invoices, notifications, and support tickets are available in the client portal.

                                                                       iv.      When it has generated an invoice or a ticket it goes to the client's email account automatically.

                                                                         v.      Complaints and requests must forward through the ticket system. We are guiding you on how to open a ticket.

                                                                       vi.      We are proud to offer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year support to customers. Included calls, tickets, and live messengers.

                                                                      vii.      We've made a huge commitment to our support center to ensure that help is available whenever you need it, whether it's days, nights, weekends, or holidays.

                                                                    viii.      Any request is valid by opening a ticket.

 

We will notify you in the future if there is a change in the notice or other decision contained in this notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

මූලික ඉන්වොයිසිය ගෙවීමේ නියමිත දිනට දින 14කට පෙර ඔබේ සේවාදායක ප්රදේශයේ ලැයිස්තුගත කර ඇති විද්යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනයට විද්යුත් තැපෑලෙන් එවනු ලැබේ. අනුග්රහයක් ලෙස, අපි ඔබේ ගෙවීමේ නියමිත දිනට දින 7කට පෙර සිහිකැඳවීම් ඉන්වොයිසියක් එවන්නෙමු. නියමිත වේලාවට ගෙවීම සිදු නොකළහොත්, ඔබේ සත්කාරක ගිණුම ස්වයංක්රීයව අත්හිටුවනු ලැබේ, සහ %10.00 ප්රමාද ගාස්තුවක් සහ ඔබේ සාමාන්ය සත්කාරක ඉන්වොයිස් ගෙවීමක් ඔබේ සේවාව නැවත ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමට අවශ්ය වනු ඇත.
 
මූලික ඉන්වොයිසිය නියමිත දින සිට දින 30ක් ඇතුළත ප්රතිචාරයක් නොලැබුනේ නම්, ඔබට තවදුරටත් ඔබේ වෙබ් අඩවිය සත්කාරකත්වය දැක්වීමට අවශ්ය නොවන බව අපි උපකල්පනය කරන අතර ගිණුම අවසන් කර අපගේ සේවාදායකයන්ගෙන් සියලු දත්ත ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ. මෙහිදී offline backup එක් මාසයක් සදහා අප විසින් තබා ගන්න අතර එය නැවත ස්ථාපනය සදහා $10ක් මුදලක් එක් ගිණුමක් සදහා අය කරනු ලැබේ. මෙම offline backup ඔබ වෙත පිටපතක් ලෙස කිසිම විටෙක ඔබ වෙත ලබා දෙනු නොලැබේ.
සාධාරණ සහ විශේෂ නීත්යානුකූල ඉල්ලීමකින් තොරව ගෙවීම් පැහැර හරින සියලුම ගිණුම් සදහා අප විසින් කිසිදු වගකීමක් ගනු නොලැබේ.
මෙම ක්රියාවලිය 2022 මැයි මස 24 වන දින සිට ක්රියාත්මකයි.

Dear Customer,
Although Magixhouse Hosting is a service provider based in Sri Lanka, its respective hardware resources are based in Europe. Furthermore, the appreciation of the dollar has had a direct impact on our services in the face of the volatile political and economic situation in Sri Lanka.
 
We would like to inform you that the quality and features of the services we have provided so far will not be diminished with many more privileges than the market method and the payment grace period and suspension period for the accounts will be reduced to one month as per the International Web Hosting System.
 
According to the international system,
The initial invoice will be mailed 14 days prior to the due date to the email address listed in your client area. As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder invoice 7 days before your due date. If the payment is not made on time, your hosting account will be automatically suspended, and you will need to re-activate your service with a 10.00% late fee and your regular hosting invoice payment.
 
If the initial invoice does not receive a response within 30 days from the due date, we assume that you no longer need to host your website and will terminate the account and clear all data from our clients. Here we keep the offline backup for one month and it will cost $ 10 per account to reinstall it. This offline backup will never be given to you as a copy.
 
We do not take any responsibility for all accounts that fail to pay without a reasonable and special legal request.
 
This process is active from May 24th of 2022
