1. We removed bank payment as a method to receive or make payments from the 1st of June 2022.
2. We stopped payment reminders and notifications personally through WhatsApp calls and messages or phone calls and messages.
This change means that:
1. We removed bank payment as a method to receive or make payments from the 1st of June 2022.
i. You cannot deposit a cheque or cash into a Magixhouse Hosting account after the 1st of June 2022.
ii. Magixhouse Hosting will no longer accept bank payments after the 1st of June 2022, and we are not taking the responsibility for the issues of the bank payment process.
iii. We continue and accept payments by the PayPal payment gateway.
2. We stopped payment reminders and notifications personally through WhatsApp calls and messages or phone calls and messages.
i. The client portal is 100% activated.
ii. Automated invoices, suspends, unsuspends, and terminates are currently running and the failure of on-time payment is at your own risk.
iii. Invoices, notifications, and support tickets are available in the client portal.
iv. When it has generated an invoice or a ticket it goes to the client's email account automatically.
v. Complaints and requests must forward through the ticket system. We are guiding you on how to open a ticket.
vi. We are proud to offer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year support to customers. Included calls, tickets, and live messengers.
vii. We've made a huge commitment to our support center to ensure that help is available whenever you need it, whether it's days, nights, weekends, or holidays.
viii. Any request is valid by opening a ticket.
We will notify you in the future if there is a change in the notice or other decision contained in this notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
